I came in for knee pain and my leg was changing colour, which was scary. It didn’t seem to be getting any better and was turning darker instead so I thought it was actually a sign of diabetes! Thankfully, my podiatrist Georgina Tay identified that I had a condition called venous stasis instead. I also fell down many times and hurt my thigh so I went to the polyclinic but they only gave me injections.

Gina discovered that I had a host of other problems as well such as lower back pain, elbow problems, and an ingrown toenail issue! I used to go to pedicurists to get my nails cut and I didn’t realise that I was actually worsening the condition because they were cutting down the sides of my nails.

I went through multiple sessions of EMTT, SIS, and shockwave for the pain, swelling and weakness, and also had a small procedure done for my ingrown toenail. Now I can honestly say that my conditions have improved so much and I can walk more stable and pain free. I feel more light and my leg doesn’t look so dark anymore.

I have had 2 pairs of orthotic insoles made by ECP in 2016 and now in 2020. Georgina was able to make the 2nd pair from the prescription on record and did a repair on my original pair at same time 👏.

The orthotics are not cheap but the insoles work brilliantly and they are very well made so last a long time

Long story short I had a terrible ingrown toe nail Surgery done by a irresponsible doctor in Singapore. 3 months of visiting him i never recovered but gotten worst. Out of desperation I came across this clinic from an advertisement and they got in touch with me shortly. After explaining my situation to the lady she quickly got me an appointment on the very same day from the orchard branch clinic on a Sat. For that I’m very grateful because my wounds couldn’t stop bleeding and I’m freaking out. Immediately I rushed down to their clinic and i was assisted by 2 doctors Michael and Georgina, they were very professional and helpful. Georgina was very gentle and patient when cleaning up my wounds and removing my dead nails. She explained to me in details of my condition and I am very relieved after hearing that, of course is not a good news but at least I know what is going wrong. Not only that she also gave me very clear instructions on taking care of my wounds and me sending her pictures of my wounds to keep her posted to make necessary adjustments to the procedures on cleaning my wounds during this period of time until I meet my next surgeon. Words cannot describe how grateful I am especially to Georgina for going the extra mile with her after service care ❤ Thank you East Coast Podiatry (orchard)for having such professional doctors. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I went to check the reason of a heel pain with Ms. Georgina. She was extremely competent on finding and explaining me the reason of my pain and all the staff I got in touch very kind.

The place is in a central area convenient to access by bus or MRT.
